Account switching

Known limitations
- Device deactivation requires support in the first release.
- Usage fields can show unknown when local Codex tools return no value.
- Account and usage behavior can change when OpenAI or local Codex tools change.
- The first release uses a manual DMG update path.

Codex Switcher 1.0.0 requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Account switching and usage data depend on local Codex tools and third-party platform behavior. OpenAI controls Codex accounts, plans, usage limits, and service policy.
